Action Items:
  1. Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC (Project #3101-23-07A)
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the Board determining, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality
          Review Act (SEQRA), that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS)
          prepared for the Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC Project is
          adequate for commencement of public review, setting a date and times for public
          hearings, and authorizing the filing and distribution of the Notice of Completion of
          the Draft EIS pursuant to the requirements of SEQRA.
