The pre-agenda meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings start at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following: Case #2026-061 - for an AMENDED SITE PLAN application by EquipmentShare to add an accessory wash basin and expand their laydown yard. The property which is the subject of this application is 4708 Dey Rd., Tax ID # 105.-02-02.1. The property is in the Industrial 1 (I-1) Zoning District.
