Superior Waste - Resident Postcard 2026 ======================================= January 2026 Dear Town of Clay Resident: Superior Waste Removal, Inc. will be your service provider for 2026. We’d also like to take this opportunity to update you on the schedule and remind you of the guidelines and requirements. Please retain this document for future reference purposes. Your trash and recyclables service days will remain the same as last year. Pickup times will be between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Private Roads: There will be no change to your trash collection method or location. The Town of Clay does not maintain Private Roads. Therefore, it is your obligation to maintain your road in such a manner as to allow for safe and efficient access for service. The following holidays will have a one-day delay for the remainder of the week: New Year’s Day - Thursday, January 1, 2026 Memorial Day - Monday, May 25th Labor Day - Monday, September 7th Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 26th Christmas - Friday, December 25th Note: Independence Day 2026 falls on Saturday, July 4th – there will be no delay in pickup. Reminder: Superior Waste Removal recognizes the six major holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If any holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there is no delay in pickup. If you need materials picked up not covered under regular collection rules, please call Superior Waste Removal directly at (315) 672-3174 for a competitive price, however, you may contact any hauler for additional pick-ups. Cart rental is also available for an additional cost of $150 for the 5-year term of the contract. This includes both a trash and recyclable toter. Any carts that have been rented to you by the previous company will not be collected as it creates a liability issue.
