Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
October 7, 2014
A Finance Committee meeting of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency was
held on Tuesday, October 7, 2013 at the 333 West Washington Street, Syracuse, New York in
the large conference room on the first floor.
Chairperson Daniel Queri called the meeting to order at 7:48 am with the following:

APPROVAL OF FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES — OCTOBER 8, 2013
Upon a motion by Daniel Queri, seconded by Steve Morgan, the OCIDA Board approved the
Finance Committee meeting minutes of October 8, 2013. Motion was carried.

2015 AGENCY BUDGET
Kristi Smiley gave a review of the 2015 Agency budget.
Steve Morgan asked about the decreased revenues. Kristi Smiley stated that revenues are
projected based on the projects that are in the pipeline. 2013 was a very busy year for the
Agency with a large amount of the projects being closed and the agency fee being paid in 2014.
The revenues for 2015 are based on the projects that have been induced to date in 2014.
Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Daniel Queri, the OCIDA Finance Committee
approved a resolution to transmit the 2015 Agency Budget to the full Board for approval.
Motion was carried.

REVIEW OF CHARTER
Kristi Smiley stated that there are no proposed changes.
Upon a motion by Daniel Queri, seconded by Steve Morgan, the OCIDA Finance Committee
approved a resolution to transmit the Committee Charter without comment to the Governance
Committee for review and recommendation to the Board. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Daniel Queri, seconded by Steve Morgan, the OCIDA Board adjourned the
meeting at 7:53 am. Motion was carried.
