Action Items
1.    Tessy Plastics (3101-16-01J)
      Tessy Plastics previously proposed building a 246,000 square foot manufacturing facility
      at its existing assembly and warehouse operation in the Town of Van Buren. Is now
      asking the Board for up to a maximum of $12,500 in funding to train employees on
      equipment.
      Agency Action Requested:
      a. Resolution of the Board authorizing the approval of funds for the employee
         productivity plan.

2.    Air Innovations, , Inc. (3101-17-05A)
      Air Innovations, Inc is requesting the Agency consider entering into a straight lease
      agreement for a project consisting of renovation of an approximately 13,000 square foot
      facility located at the Hancock Air Park in the Town of Cicero.

Agency Action Requested:
      a.    A Resolution of the Board for SEQR Purposes determining that the project will
            not have a significant effect on the environment and requires no further
            environmental review.
      b.    An Inducement Resolution of the Board for a straight lease transaction for a
            project consisting of the development of commercial space in the Town of
            Cicero.
      c.    A Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution and delivery of closing
            documents.
