Action Items
1.     Old Thompson Road, LLC (Feldmeier Equipment)(3101-17-04B)
       Old Thompson Road, LLC (Feldmeier Equipment) is requesting the Agency consider entering into
       a straight lease agreement for the project consisting of acquisition of 17 acres of vacant land,
       construction of a 130,000 square foot building that will house its offices and a streamlined
       manufacturing in the Town of DeWitt. Old Thompson Road, LLC is seeking exemptions from
       sales and use tax, mortgage recording tax, potential commencement of a payment in lieu of tax
       agreement (“PILOT”) and issue its revenue bonds.
       Agency Actions Requested:
       a. A Resolution of the Board for SEQR Purposes determining that the project will not have a
          significant effect on the environment and requires no further environmental review.

b. An Inducement Resolution of the Board for a straight lease transaction for a project
          consisting of the development of manufacturing space in the Town of DeWitt.
       c. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution and delivery of closing documents.

2.     Hinsdale Road Group, LLC (3101-13-05B)
       Hinsdale Road Group, LLC (Township 5) has submitted an amended application requesting
       an increase of the in the mortgage recording tax exemption from $491,000 to $585,000 and
       inclusion of Hotel@T5, LLC as a project applicant and beneficiary of various exemptions.
       a. An Amended Resolution of the Board increasing the mortgage tax exemption with respect
          to the Hinsdale Road Group, LLC project.
       b. An Amended Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution and delivery of certain
          mortgage transaction documents with respect to the Hinsdale Road Group, LLC project.
       c. An Amended Resolution of the Board consenting to the modification of the lease documents
          and pilot agreement to reflect the new subdivision and authorizing an officer to sign all
          necessary documents with respect to the Hinsdale Road Group, LLC project.

3.    Air Innovations, Inc. (3101-17-05A)
      Air Innovations, Inc is requesting the Agency consider entering into a straight lease agreement
      for a project consisting of renovation of an approximately 13,000 square foot facility located at
      the Hancock Air Park in the Town of Cicero.
      a.      A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance
              the Agency may provide. Agency benefits requested includes an exemption from sales
              and use tax and mortgage recording tax.
      b.      A Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution of the Agent Agreement outlining
              the responsibilities of the Developer and Agency for the Project
