Action Items
  1. Abundant Solar Power (SK1) LLC. (3101-19-12A)
     Abundant Solar Power (SK1) LLC. is proposing a community distributed solar project that will
     generate renewable energy for the Town of Skaneateles and the surrounding community. This project
     is located in the Town of Skaneateles.
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. SEQR Resolution
              A resolution of the Board to authorize the adoption of the SEQR determination.
          b. Final Approving Resolution
              A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement and real property tax abatement.

2. Hinsdale Road (3101-19-11C)
     The Company is undertaking the final stage of development of Lot 1 of the Township 5 project. With
     an overall increase in project costs of $3,500,000 the applicant is requesting an increase in sales and
     use tax exemption and mortgage tax exemption.
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. Final Approving Resolution
              A resolution of the Board to authorize an increase in sales tax abatement and mortgage tax
              exemption.
