   1. BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. (3101-19-04A)
      BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. is proposing new construction of a multi-use facility, consisting of a 90
      room extended-stay hotel, 26 market rate apartments, and structured parking for each use. This
      project is located in the City of Syracuse.
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. SEQR Resolution
              A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination.
          b. Final Approving Resolution
             A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax
             abatement, and real property tax abatement.

   2. TC Syracuse Development Associates, LLC. (3101-19-10A)
      TC Syracuse Development Associates, LLC. is proposing to construct a new facility in the Town of
      Clay.
