Action Items
1.    Abundant Solar Power LLC. (3101-19-11A)
      Abundant Solar Power LLC. is proposing a community distributed solar project that will generate
      renewable energy for the Town of Skaneateles and the surrounding community. This project is
      located in the Town of Skaneateles.
      Agency Action Requested:
      a.    A resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the
            Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits
            requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement and Sales Tax Abatement.

2.    Hinsdale Road (3101-19-11C)
      The Company is undertaking the final stage of development of Lot 1 of the Township 5 Project. With
      an overall increase in Project Costs of $3,500,000 the applicant is requesting an increase in sales and
      use tax exemption and mortgage tax exemption
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. A Resolution of the Board to increase sales and use tax by $250,000 and mortgage tax
             exemption by $11,250.
3.    Memorandum of Understanding between OCIDA, The Land Bank and SIDA
      OCIDA Staff will provide an update on a joint grant application.
      Agency Action Requested:
            a.     Approval to sign agreement resolution
4.    Approval of Updated OCIDA Application
5.    Live Stream Update
              OCIDA Staff would like to update the Board on live streaming media.

            In contemplation of litigation.
