Action Items
   1. BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. (3101-19-04A)
      BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. is proposing new construction of a multi-use facility, consisting of a 90
      room extended-stay hotel, 26 market rate apartments for medical professionals working at the
      hospital, and structured parking for each use. This project is located in the City of Syracuse.
      Agency Action Requested:
            a. SEQR Resolution
               A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination.
            b. Final Approving Resolution
              A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax
              abatement and real property tax abatement.

2. Baldwinsville Senior Housing Preservation, LLC. – Conifer Village (3101-19-07A)
      Baldwinsville Senior Housing Preservation, LLC. is proposing to acquire, construct and renovate
      Conifer Village, a 199 unit Section 8 Senior Housing Project. This project is located in the Village of
      Baldwinsville and Town of Van Buren.
      Agency Action Requested:
            a. A resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the
               Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project, Agency benefits
               requested include a payment in lieu of tax agreement, sales and use tax abatement and IDA
               tax exempt bonding. (Chris Andreucci, Harris Beach, will act as IDA Counsel)
