Action Items
   1. New Application – (3101-19-10A)
      The applicant is proposing to construct a new facility in the Town of Clay.
      Agency Action Requested:
            a. A resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the
                Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing and the deviation process for the
                project. Agency benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Mortgage
                Recording Tax and Sales Tax Abatement.
            b. A resolution of the Board classifying the proposed project as subject to SEQRA and declaring
                the intent of the Agency to be lead agency for purposes of a coordinated review pursuant to
                the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
