Action Items
   1. G & C Food Distributors (3101-17-04B)
      G & C Food Distributors is entering into a straight lease agreement for a project consisting of an
      addition to their facility. This project is located in the Town of Van Buren.
          Agency Action Requested:
           a. A final Amended Approving Resolution
              The Resolution has been amended to include additional acreage

   2. Willow Brook of Manlius, LLC (3101-19-01A)
      Willow Brook of Manlius, LLC is proposing new construction of a multi-use facility, consisting of
      commercial, residential and retail. This project is located in the Village of Manlius.

Agency Action Requested:
           a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the
              Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits
              requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Mortgage Recording Tax and Sales Tax
              Abatement.
