      Cryomech is proposing the construction of a cryogenic equipment manufacturing facility with office
      space. This project is located in the Town of Dewitt.
          Agency Action Requested:
          a. SEQR Resolution
             A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination.
          b. Final Approving Resolution
             A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax abatement
             and real property tax abatement.
