      (Mortgage Recording Tax Abatement and Sales Tax Abatement)
      VIP True North is entering into a straight lease agreement for a project consisting of new construction
      of a Pre-K and Child Care facility. This project is located in the Town of Clay.
          Agency Action Requested
          a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination, authorize
             Mortgage Recording Tax Abatement and Sales Tax Abatement.
