   1. G & C Food Distributors & Brokers, Inc. (3101-18-05B)
      (Authorizing public hearing)
      G & C Food Distributors has asked that the board approve an expansion of the land subject to the
      financial assistance granted October 9, 2018. The Company has requested the PILOT schedule be
      amended to reflect additional tax map numbers. The IDA will authorize a public hearing approving the
      revised Project.
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize a public hearing.
   2. VIP True North, LLC (3101-18-08A)
      (Authorizing assignment of project)
      VIP True North, LLC has requested permission to convey the Project property to CMF True North Real
      Property, LLC after completion of Project development.
