      (Amending PILOT Schedule )
      G & C Food Distributors have asked that the board approve an expansion of the land subject to the
      financial assistance granted October 9, 2018. The Company has requested the PILOT schedule be
      amended to reflect additional tax map numbers.
      Agency Action Requested:
          a. A Resolution of the Board to Amend a resolution entitled “Resolution Authorizing Execution of
             Documents in Connection with a Lease/Leaseback Transaction for a Project for G & C Food
             Distributors & Brokers, Inc.“
