   1. Appoint Robert Petrovich as Interim Executive Director of OCIDA
          Agency Action Requested:
           a. A Resolution of the Board to appoint Robert Petrovich as Interim Executive Director of OCIDA.
   2. COR Van Rensselaer Street Company II, LLC. and COR Van Rensselaer Street Company III, Inc. (3101-
      15-14A, Sub Project 1)
      (Extension of sales and use tax exemption)
      Cor Van Rensselaer Street Company II, LLC. and COR Van Rensselaer Street Company III, Inc. are asking
      for an extension of sales and use tax exemption for a mixed-use/retail/residential building and
      associated parking lot. This project is located in the City of Syracuse.
          Agency Action Requested:
           a. A Resolution of the Board to extend sales and use tax exemption.

3. Ultra Dairy, LLC. (3101-19-O7F)
      (Sales Tax Abatement, Real Property Tax Abatement)
      Ultra Dairy, LLC. is expanding its current facility to include additional manufacturing, storage and
      cooling space as well as additional processing space. This project is located in the Town of Dewitt.
          Agency Action Requested:
           a. Final Approving Resolution
              i. A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination, authorize sales
              tax abatement, and a real property tax abatement.

   4. Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. (3101-18-02A)
       (Sales Tax Abatement, Real Property Tax Abatement, Mortgage Recording Tax Exemption)
       Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. is requesting to enter into a straight lease agreement for a project
       consisting of the renovation and expansion of 18,500 square feet of production and office space in the
       Town of Salina.
          Agency Action Requested:
           a. Final Approving Resolution
               i. A Resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, real property tax abatement
               and an exemption from mortgage recording tax.
