Action Items
  1. Green Street Power Partners (GSPP) Sentinel Heights Rd, LLC (3101-20-10B): Second Meeting
    GSPP Sentinel Heights Rd, LLC is proposing the construction of a 3.75-megawatt solar project in
    the Town of Lafayette.
     Agency Action Requested:
     a. A SEQR Resolution.
     b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide. Agency
        benefits requested include exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes and real
        estate transfer taxes.

  2. Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. (3101-20-03B): Second Meeting
     Tracey Road Equipment is proposing an expansion of their current facility in the Town of Dewitt.

Agency Action Requested:
      a. A SEQR Resolution
      b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide. Agency
         benefits requested include exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, real
         estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording taxes.

  3. Uniform Tax Exemption Policy 2020 (UTEP)
     Revised Uniform Tax Exemption Policy presented to the Board for approval.

      a. A Resolution of the Board approving the 2020 Uniform Tax Exemption Policy (UTEP).

4. TC Syracuse Assignment Approval
   TC Syracuse Development Associates, LLC is requesting Board approval to assign its interests in
   the current Project Facility to CF Anaconda Syr LLC
     Agency Action Requested:
      a. A Resolution of the Board approving an assignment transaction by TC Syracuse Development
         Associates to CF Anaconda Syr LLC and authorizing the execution and delivery of documents in
         connection therewith.

5.   TC Syracuse Lease Approval
     CF Anaconda Syr LLC is requesting Board approval to lease the Project Facility to Amazon.com
     Services LLC.

      a. A Resolution of the Board approving a lease of a project facility from CF Anaconda Syr LLC to
         Amazon.com Services LLC.
