Action Items
  1. Empire Polymer Solutions, LLC (3101-20-12-a): Second Meeting
     Empire Polymer Solutions is proposing to purchase, renovate and construct a 205,000 sq. ft.
     facility to be used to process and manufacture goods from recycled plastics. This project is in the
     Town of Van Buren at the former Syroco location.
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. SEQR Resolution
       b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide. Agency
          benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Sales Tax Abatement, and
          Mortgage Recording Tax Abatement.

2.   Ultra Dairy, LLC Aseptic Expansion (3101-20-14G)-Initial Meeting
      Ultra Dairy is proposing to construct a 38,400 of additional manufacturing, storage and cooling
      space adjacent to the existing operation in the Town of Dewitt.
      Agency Action Request:
       a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing a public hearing.

  3. Abundant Solar Power (E1) LLC: 801 Peru Rd (3101-20-13B) Initial Meeting
     Abundant is proposing the construction of a 2.7 mega-watt solar project in the Town of Elbridge.

       a. A Resolution to the Board authorizing a public hearing.
