   Cicero Energy Storage I, LLC, is proposing the construction of a 5-megawatt solar facility in the
   Town of Cicero.
   Agency Action Requested:
     a. SEQR Resolution.
     b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide. Agency
        benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Sales Tax Abatement, and Mortgage
        Recording Tax Abatement.
