           1. Self-Evaluation of the Committee: The Committee members will review the Finance committee
              members’ evaluations
                Action Requested: A Resolution of the Committee to transmit the summary evaluation
                with/without comment to the Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the
                Board.

           2.   Review of Committee Charter:
                The Committee members will review the Committee’s Charter.

           3.   Draft Annual Report (2021 Fiscal Year)
                The Committee members will review the Draft Annual Report
