1. Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. / Gerald W. Tracey Project (3101-20-03B)
   Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. and Gerald W. Tracey are closing on their project
   financing and are seeking approval of Lender Documents and authorization of the
   Agency to enter into the Lender Documents.
    Agency Action Requested:
    a. A Resolution of the Board to authorizing approval and execution of lender documents.

2. Update on the 2021 White Pine Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact
   Statement (GEIS) Comment Period and response process.

   Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the procurement of studies and reports necessary
       to for eventual removal of structures owned by OCIDA.
    b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the use of OCIDA funds to maintain the property
       and/or remove structures owned by OCIDA.
