Action Items
   1. Ultra Dairy Expansion –Wastewater Treatment Plant (3101-21-11H) Initial Meeting
      Ultra Dairy, LLC, located in the Town of Dewitt is proposing to construct a
      wastewater treatment facility with a tanker wash. This project will involve capital
      expenditures of approximately $6.4 million and will create a total of 10 new full
      time jobs. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes,
      real property taxes and real estate transfer taxes.
       Agency Action Requested:
       a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize a Public Hearing

   2. Roth Steel Amendment
      Agency Action Requested:
      a. Resolution of the Board authorizing the Executive Director to execute an Amendment
         to the Brownfield Site Cleanup Agreement in connection with the 800 Hiawatha
         Boulevard West Site.

   3. Consideration of Acceptance of the Final Supplemental Generic Environment
      Impact Study.
       Agency Action Requested:
       a. Resolution of the Board determining the Final Supplemental Generic Environmental
          Impact Statement Complete and authorizing the Chairman, Executive Director and
          Legal Counsel to take all necessary steps to comply with publication, notification
          and filings of the State Environmental Quality Review Act

   4. OCIDA Special Board Meeting to be held Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
