1. Brolex Plank Road LLC (3101-21-03A) Second Meeting
   Brolex Plank Road, LLC is proposing to construct two 24-unit apartment buildings in
   the Town of Clay. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use
   taxes, and mortgage recording tax.
    Agency Action Requested:
    a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of SEQRA determination.
    b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the agency will provide.
       Agency benefits requested include exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, and
       mortgage recording taxes.

2. UR-Ban Villages PFA, LLC (3101-21-07A) Initial Meeting
   UR-Ban Villages PFA, LLC is proposing to develop 88 residential units at 100
   Buckley Road, the former Will & Baumer candle factory site in the Town of Salina.
   The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real
   property taxes, real estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording tax.

    a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize a public hearing.

3. Camillus Mills Redevelopment Company, Inc. / Camillus Mills Phase II, LLC (3101-
   21-08A) Initial Meeting
   Camillus Mills Redevelopment Company, Inc. and Camillus Mills Phase II, LLC are
   proposing the redevelopment of the Camillus Cutlery Company site in the Village of
   Camillus. The project consists of approximately 60,500 sq. ft. of occupied multi-use
   space and associated parking. The applicants are requesting exemptions from certain
   sales and use taxes, and mortgage recording tax.
    Agency Action Requested:
    a. A resolution of the Board to authorize a public hearing.

   C2 NY Sentinel Heights Solar, LLC is proposing the construction of 3.375 megawatt
   solar project in the Town of Lafayette. The applicant is requesting exemption from
   certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, and real estate transfer taxes.

   a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize a public hearing.

   certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, and real estate transfer taxes.

   Abundant Solar Power (E1) LLC is requesting the board to consent to a sale of its
   membership interests.

   a. A Resolution authorizing the sale of the membership interest of a project applicant.

    OYA Church Road A LLC is requesting the board to consent to a sale of its
    membership interests.

    The NYS&W is requesting support to pursue possible funding sources for
    improvements to the bridge that passes over West Onondaga Street in the City of
    Syracuse and related structures.

      Corporation seeking funding sources for improvements to the bridge that passes over
