     (3101-20-22B): Second Meeting
     Milton CAT is proposing to construct a 75,000-85,000 square foot building in the Town of
     Cicero. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes and mortgage
     recording taxes.
      Agency Action Requested:
      a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing financial assistance the Agency will provide. Agency benefits
         requested are exemptions from certain sales and use taxes and mortgage recording taxes.

  2. COR Aspen Park Boulevard Company, LLC: (3101-10-02A)
     COR Aspen Park Boulevard Company, LLC is asking that OCIDA join in a mortgage associated
     with a refinancing of the project.

     Agency Action Requested:
      a. Resolutions of the Board acknowledging the withdrawal of the application submitted by each
         company listed above and revoking any and all financial assistance granted to each company in
         connection with the projects associated with each project number listed above.
