Action Items:
1. QP2 Properties, LLC (3101-23-03A) Initial Meeting
   QP2 Properties, LLC is proposing the construction of two (2) three-story residential
   apartment buildings, with approximately 96 apartments and various
   tenant amenities. The project includes six (6) garages representing containing interior
   parking spaces and surface parking spaces. The project also includes three (3)
   commercial buildings totaling approximately 33,200 square feet of commercial rental
   space. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, transfer
   taxes and mortgage recording taxes.
     Agency Action Requested:
      a. A resolution of the Board to authorize a public hearing.

2.   Southworth-Milton, Inc. (d/b/a Milton Cat) (3101-20-18A) Modification Meeting
     Southworth-Milton, Inc d/b/a Milton Cat is requesting an increase to its sales and use
     exemption amount from $1,040,000 to $1,240,000.
     Agency Action Requested:
     a. A resolution of the Board authorizing an increase of the sales and use tax exemption for
        Southworth-Milton, Inc. d/b/a Milton Cat.

3. Fayette Manlius LLC, (3101-22-01A) Modification Meeting
   Request for execution and delivery of Subordination and related documents with
   respect to a financing.
   Agency Action Requested:
    a. A resolution of the Board authorizing execution and delivery of documents.

4. Syracuse Habitat for Humanity Property Disposition of Property.
   Agency Action Requested:
   a. A resolution of the Board authorizing disposition of property.

5. Engineering Services – Contract Amendment
     Agengy Action Requested:
   a. A resolution of the Board authorizing an amendment to the contract for engineering
      services with Barton & Loguidice in connection with the development of White Pine
      Commerce Park authorizing asbestos monitoring assistance in the amount not to exceed
      $50,000.

6. Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing, LLC (3101-23-07A)
   Micron New York Semiconductor Maufacturing, LLC is requesting OCIDA be lead
   agency for the environmental review of the project under SEQRA.
   Agency Action Requested:
   a. A resolution of the Board declaring the project a Type I action under SEQRA and the
      Agency’s intent to be Lead Agency for a coordinated environmental review.
