REVIEW OF OCIDA APPLICATION Patrick Hogan stated he would like to commend the staff under the project narrative that delineates as far as asking the question if the project is going to advance regardless of financial assistance from the Agency. He stated that is something good to point out. Kevin Ryan stated the revisions to the application are well done and well thought out. He stated they are reflective of what has been going on with the Board for the past several years and now the application as a continuously revising document reflects the need to the Board. He stated he commends what the staff has done. Upon a motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Governance Committee recommends transmitting the revised OCIDA application to the full Board. Motion was carried.
