Petrovich, State Finance Law Contract (Procurement) Officer Agency Action Requested: a. A resolution of the Board to approve the presented slate of officers for the 2023 Agency Fiscal Year. Representative: Nancy Lowery, Secretary 2. Appointment of Legal Contractors The Agency appoints Counsel and Special Counsels for a two year period. The counsel and special counsel appointment expires December 31, 2023. Agency Action Requested: a. A vote of the Board reappointing for two years: 1. Barclay Damon, LLP is appointed its Agency Counsel, and 2. Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC; Harris Beach, PLLC; Nixon Peabody, LLP; Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP, and Hancock Estbrook, LLC are appointed as Conflict Counsel. Representative: Nancy Lowery, Secretary 1 3. Appointment of Audit Contractors The Agency appoints its Auditor and alternate Auditor for a two year period. Patrick Hogan called the meeting to order at 8:11 am with the following: PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: Patrick Hogan Janice Herzog Victor Ianno Steve Morgan Susan Stanczyk Fanny Villarreal ABSENT: Kevin Ryan ALSO PRESENT: Robert M. Petrovich, Executive Director Nancy Lowery, Secretary Nate Stevens, Treasurer Karen Doster, Recording Secretary, Agency Carolyn Evans-Dean, Onondaga County Economic Development Jeff Davis, Barclay Damon Law Firm SLATE OF OFFICERS AND CHAIRS FOR THE 2022 AGENCY FISCAL YEAR Upon a motion by Susan Stanczyk, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution approving the slate of officers for the 2022 Agency Fiscal Year to include Chair- Patrick Hogan, Vice Chair-Janice Herzog, Executive Director - Robert M. Petrovich, Secretary - Nancy Lowery, Treasurer - Nate Stevens, Recording Secretary - Karen Doster, Assistant Treasurer - Christopher Cox, Freedom of Information Act Officer – Robert M. Petrovich, Freedom of Information Appeals Officer-Patrick Hogan, State Finance Law Contract (Procurement) Officer – Robert M. Petrovich. Motion was carried. APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL CONTRACTORS Upon a motion by Susan Stanczyk, seconded by Janice Herzog, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution reappointing Barclay Damon, LLP as its Agency Counsel and appointing Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC; Hancock & Estabrook, Harris Beach, PLLC; Nixon Peabody, LLP; Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP as conflict counsel for two years expiring December 31, 2023. Motion was carried. APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT CONTRACTORS Upon a motion by Janice Herzog, seconded by Susan Stanczyk, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution reappointing Grossman St. Amour as its Agency Auditor and appointing Bonadio & Co., LLP as special auditor for a two years expiring December 31, 2023.
