      The Committee will review the Governance, Audit, and Finance Committee evaluations.
       Committee Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the Committee to transmit the Committees’ evaluations with/without
          comment to the Agency Board for review and acceptance.

   2. Review of Board and Staff Evaluations
      The Committee will review the Board and Staff evaluations.
       Committee Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the Committee to transmit the Board evaluations with/without comment to
          the Agency Board for review and acceptance.
       b. A resolution of the Committee to transmit the Staff evaluations with/without comment to
          the Agency Board for review and acceptance.
