     Upstate Pathology Lab Ownership, LLC is proposing construction of an approximately
     109,000 square foot three story pathology lab building.
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the Board accepting the application from the company, inducing the
          project and authorizing a public hearing.

  2. 1046 Old Seneca Turnpike LLC (Project #3101-22-04A) Modification Meeting
     1046 Old Seneca Turnpike LLC is requesting an extension of the termination date of their sales
     and use tax exemption.
