  1. UR-Ban Villages PFA, LLC (3101-21-07A) Modification Meeting
     Ur-Ban Villages PFA, LLC is requesting an extension of the termination date of their sales and use
     tax exemption.
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the Board authorizing an extension of the sales and use tax exemption.

  2. Appointments
     OCIDA Board to Appoint McKenna Moonan as Agency Assistant Secretary.

  4. Settlement Agreement Authorization
     Authorization to acquire property pursuant to the terms and conditions of a settlement.

          agreement and any related documents with respect to the purchase of property under threat of
          condemnation.
