Audit Committee Meeting Minutes
October 10, 2024
An Audit Committee meeting of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency was held
on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 335 Montgomery Street, Floor 2M, Syracuse, New York.
Janice Herzog called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM with the following in attendance:

APPROVAL OF AUDIT MEETING MINUTES- March 14, 2024
Upon motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Cydney Johnson, the Committee approved the
meeting minutes of March 14, 2024. Motion was carried.

APPROVAL OF AUDIT MEETING MINUTES- March 14, 2024
Upon motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Cydney Johnson, the Committee approved the
meeting minutes of March 14, 2024. Motion was carried.

ACTION ITEMS
1. Preliminary Audit Review — Mike Lisson gave a preliminary audit review for the 2024
fiscal year. He stated that the audit process and timeline will be the same as the previous
years and he doesn’t expect any major changes.
2. Self-Evaluation of the Audit Committee - No comments were made regarding the self-
evaluations. Janice Herzog read the Agency Action Requested of “A Resolution of the
Committee to transmit the summary evaluation without comment to the Governance

3. Review of the Audit Committee Charter — Alexis Rodriguez stated that there have been
no changes made to the Charter. Janice Herzog read the Agency Action Requested of “A
Resolution of the Committee to transmit the Committee Charter without comment to the
Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board.” Motion was made
by Patrick Hogan and seconded by Cydney Johnson. Motion was carried.
4. Draft Annual Report (2024 Fiscal Year) - No comments were made regarding the draft
annual report. Janice Herzog read the Agency Action Requested of “A Resolution of the
Committee to transmit the Committee Annual Report without comment to the
Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board.” A motion was
made by Patrick Hogan and seconded by Cydney Johnson. Motion was carried.
