Slate of Officers and Chairs for the 2024 Agency Fiscal Year — Patrick Hogan read the Agency Action Requested of “A resolution of the Board to approve the presented slate of officers for the 2024 Agency Fiscal Year.” Motion was made by Janice Herzog, seconded by Fanny Villarreal. Motion was carried. 2. Appointment of Legal Contractors — Patrick Hogan read the Agency Action Requested of “A vote of the Board reappointing for one year: Barclay Damon, LLP is appointed its Agency Counsel, and Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC; Harris Beach, PLLC; Nixon Peabody, LLP; Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP, and Hancock Estabrook, LLC are appointed as Conflict Counsel.” A motion was made by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Elizabeth Dreyfuss. Appointment of Audit Contractors — Patrick Hogan read the Agency Action Requested of “A vote of the Board reappointing for one year: Grossman St. Amour is appointed as Auditor and Bonadio & Co., LLP appointed as Special Auditor.” A motion was made by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Janice Herzog.
