Site Plan review. (3) General site plan standards of review, (a) Part 1 [9] Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan: A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan consistent with the requirements of §230-20 D shall be required for Site Plan Approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards §230-20 D. The approved Site Plan shall be consistent with these provisions.
