Electronic message signs shall be permitted only i n the RC- 1, HC- 1, LuC-1, LuC-2 and REC-1 Zoning Districts as shown on the Town's Zoning Map and for use by emergency vehicle stations, and religious institutions, and Community Center as defined i n the Zoning Code.
