IT IS ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, Onondaga County, New York, as follows: SECTIONl. AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 230 That Chapter 230 entitled "ZONING" of the Code of the Town of Clay is amended as follows: "Local Law No. 3 of the Year 2007, amending Chapter 230, 'ZONING', of the Code of the Town of Clay, providing for a Moratorium, until November 30th, 2007, with regard to all applications for onlv signage variances", Section 230,25, Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), Paragraph (B) Powers and duties. As of the effective date of this local law there will be a moratorium, on the processing or granting of approval for onlv signage variances to the Zoning Board of Appeals until November 30th, 2007 within the Town of Clay. SECTION 3 EFFECTIVE DATE This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State. SECTION 4. TERMINA TION DA TE This local law shall become null and void November 30th, 2007. The moratorium may be extended, or terminated at any earlier period, by the Town Board of the Town of Clay.
