BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga and State of New York, as follows: SECTION 1- AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 105 ENTITLED "FEES", § 1 0 5 ^ Schedule of fees, Subdivision A., Chapter 81, Building Construction, Section 81-12, Subject and Fee adding a new category entitled "New Residential Homes", and setting forth the fees therefore to the Code of the Town of Clay. Amending Chapter 105 entitled "FEES", § 105-4. Schedule of fees. Subdivision A , Chapter 81, Building Construction, Section 81-12, Subject and Fee adding new category entitled "New Residential Homes", and setting forth the fees therefore to the Town of Clay Municipal Code. The purpose of this local law is to provide a new category under Chapter 81, Building Construction, Section 81-12, entitled New Residential Homes and setting forth the necessary fees therefore, as well as moving Mobile home installation placement on the list of fees. Square footage will be based on house square footage excluding garage square footage and unfinished basement space. Any discrepancies or additional square footage added during construction will be addressed before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. § 105^ CLAY CODE § 105-4 Chapter/Section Subject Fee Chapter 81, Building Construction §81-12 Building permit fees: Mobile home: installation in mobile home court $ 50.00 New Residential Homes: Square footage will be based on house square footage excluding garage square footage and unfinished basement space.
