SCHEDULE OF FEES, PARAGRAPH A. FEES DERIVED FROM CODE SECTIONS OF THE TOWN OF CLAY IT IS ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 105 ENTITLED VFEES^', ^§ 105-4. Schedule of fees, Paragraph A. Said administrative fee shall be in an amount as shown in Chapter 105 Schedule of Fees, Section 105-4. Schedule of fees. Paragraph A. Fees derived from Code sections to the Code of the Town of Clay. The purpose of this local law is to amend CHAPTER 105 entitled 'TEES*', § 105-4 A. Fees derived from Code sections by adding Chapter 86 'Building, Unsafe', Section 86-12 D. Emergency Work done by Town to Section 86-15 'Assessment and Lien'; to Chapter 78 'Brush, Grass, Rubbish and Weeds', Section 78-6 Work done by Town and to Chapter 216 'Vehicles Abandoned, Junked or Inoperative', Section 216-3B Work done by town; costs to become lien, and by setting an administrative fee accordingly as shown Said administrative fee shall be in an amount as shown in Chapter 105 Schedule of Fees Section 105.4 A. to each such Chapter to the Code of the Town of Clay. Said Local Law is to read as follows: §105-4 CLAY CODE CHAPTER 105 - FEES A. Fees derived from Code sections.
