Call to Order the Special Meeting of the Agency
        A. Conflict of Interest
Action Items:
  1. Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC Project (3101-23-07A)
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. A resolution of the board accepting as complete pursuant to the State Environmental
          Quality Review Act (SEQRA) the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)
          prepared for the Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC Project, and
          authorizing the filing and distribution of the Notice of Completion and FEIS pursuant to
          the requirements of SEQRA.
       b. A resolution of the board authorizing and directing Agency staff and counsel to take
          various actions pursuant to the Eminent Domain Procedure Law for the potential
          acquisition of lands, easements and rights in support of the development of the Micron
          New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC Project and the White Pine Commerce
          Park.
