that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on

7:47 P.M
., local time, to consider
LOCAL LAW NO. 11 OF THE YEAR 2026
pursuant to Section 487 of the Real Property Tax Law (RPTL) to “opt out” of allowing real property tax exemptions pursuant to Section 487 of the PRTL and declare Battery Energy Storage Systems fully taxable in the Town of Clay. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
