      Agency Action Requested:
        a. A resolution of the Board to approve the presented slate of officers for the 2025
           Agency fiscal year.

  2. Appointment of Legal Contractors
      Agency Action Requested:
       a. A vote of the Board appointing the Agency Counsel and Special Counsels for a 3 year
          term.
          1. Barclay Damon, LLP is appointed as Agency Counsel.

2. Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC; Harris Beach, PLLC; Nixon Peabody, LLP;
             Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP, and Hancock Estabrook, LLP are appointed as
             Agency Special Counsels.

  3. Appointment of Audit Contractors
     Agency Action Requested:
     a. A vote of the Board appointing the Agency Auditor and Special Auditor for a 3 year
        term.
