The Liverpool Central School District Board of Education held a public hearing Nov. 17, 2025, on Desha's Law cardiac arrest emergency response plans, according to the minutes. The hearing opened at 5:45 p.m. The minutes do not record any discussion or public comment on the plans themselves. Board member Alexandra Gyder moved to close the public hearing, seconded by Kimberly Melnik, and the motion passed unanimously. All nine members voted aye: Nicholas Blaney, Stacey Chilbert, Jecenia Bresett, Gyder, Kimberly Martin, Matthew Jones, Melnik, Daniel McKeever and John Solazzo. The hearing adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
