RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW RECORDS RETENTION AND DISPOSITION SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 57-A of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law, the New York State Education Department’s State Archives has revised and consolidated its local government records retention and disposition schedules and has issued a single, comprehensive retention schedule for all types of local governments, including Industrial Development Agencies, known as Local Government Schedule-1 (“LGS-1”); and WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon a local government entity, including an Industrial Development Agency, to adopt the new LGS-1 records retention and disposition schedule if the local government entity is to continue to have the authority to legally destroy any government records; and WHEREAS, the new LGS-1 records retention and disposition schedule does not substantially change the schedule which currently applies to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ONONDAGA COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Agency does hereby adopt the new records retention and disposition schedule for local governments, known as LGS-1, on the date hereof. Section 2. The Chairman, Vice Chairman and/or Executive Director of the Agency are hereby authorized and directed to distribute copies of this Resolution and to do such further 23071220.1 things or perform such acts as may be necessary or convenient to implement the provisions of this Resolution. 23071220.1 The question of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call, which resulted as follows:

I FURTHER CERTIFY that (A) all members of the Agency had due notice of said meeting, (B) said meeting was in all respects duly held, (C) pursuant to Article 7 of the Public Officers Law (the “Open Meetings Law”) said meeting was open to the general public and due notice of the time and place of said meeting was duly given in accordance with such Open Meetings Law, and (D) there was a quorum of the members of the Agency present throughout said meeting.
