(Hill Rom) (3101-16-12D) Welch Allyn, Inc. is requesting to enter into a straight lease agreement for a project consisting of renovating and retrofitting approximately 15,000 square feet of existing space and an additional 110,000 sq ft to accommodate new manufacturing operations within the current Skaneateles Falls facility and in the Town of Skaneateles.
Agency Action Requested:
a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, and exemption from sales and use tax.
b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution of the Agent Agreement outlining the responsibilities of the Developer and Agency for the Project.
c. A Resolution of the Board declaring the intent of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency to be lead agency for the purposes of a coordinated review pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
