The site will serve as the physical anchor of OCC’s “Food Innovation Center”. The live kitchen and restaurant will afford students the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive skill set in running a food business which can put them on a path to business ownership, gainful employment with in the industry, or on a path to degree in hospitality. CHA has completed the 95% Design Documents for the White Pines Commerce Park sanitary sewer force main project, which includes the plan set, technical specifications, construction cost estimate, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Estimate for Construction of Forcemain Installation at 95% Design is $5,372,785.00 The RFP for the additional engineering work has been sent out and has a due date of January 6, 2017.
