Micron Updates General Click to view Micron's Draft EIS ***ATTENTION MEDIA PERSONNEL*** The Town of Clay acknowledges your request to obtain materials submitted by consultants retained by Micron in support of their proposed semiconductor manufacturing facility at the White Pine Commerce Park. The Town is committed to processing such requests in a timely and consistent manner. At present, the Planning and Development Department can provide these materials in a digital format through a secure file transfer or on a flash drive. The Department is available to assist with coordinating the delivery of these files. Looking ahead, the Town will be exploring additional options to make project materials more readily accessible to the public. These options may include the development of an online portal or other electronic methods for document sharing.

The Town appreciates your patience and remains committed to ensuring transparency and access to project information.
