1. White Pine Update

2. Etna Development Company (3101-17-06A)

Etna Development Company is requesting the Agency enter into a straight lease transaction for a project consisting of renovation and conversion of the former Hampton Inn into a Tru hotel, a new brand in the Hilton franchise located on 7th North Street in the Town of Salina . At completion, the project would result in a 60,800 square foot building comprised of common spaces and 95 hotel rooms. The renovation will result in the reduction of 20 hotel rooms. Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include an exemption from sales and use tax and the mortgage recording tax.

b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the execution of the Agent Agreement outlining the responsibilities of the Developer and Agency for the Project. Representative: Carmen Emmi, Tony Mangano, Etna Development Company, Kevin McAuliffe, Barclay Damon

3. G&C Foods (3101-16-02A)

The Project included the acquisition of 3407 Walters Road. Improvements include the addition of refrigerated dock space, 50,000 square feet of dry space, converting part of the current facility space to freezer, and the creation of an agricultural manufacturing line in the Town of Van Buren. G&C Currently employs 215 FTEs and plans to create 85 new FTEs. a. A Resolution of the Board waiving the Agency’s local access policy for the installation of concrete flatwork slab Installation.

4. JMA Wireless (3101-16-06A)

JMA Wireless previously came for approval of a project that included construction and renovation of 3 buildings at 7641 and 7645 Henry Clay Blvd in the Town of Clay. The company constructed a new 8,000 square foot building that will include employee training space and a cafeteria. In addition, the company renovated an existing 21,000 square foot building to create a customer experience center and renovate and reconfigure the building located at 7645 to allow for additional testing, manufacturing and employees.

Agency Action Requested:

a. An amended Resolution of the Board requesting includes an increase in time complete the intial project.
