Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency Finance Committee Meeting Minutes October 9, 2018 A Finance Committee meeting of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency was held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the 333 West Washington Street, Syracuse, New York in the large conference room on the first floor.
Chairperson Patrick Hogan called the meeting to order at 7:59 am with the following:

Julie Cerio, OCIDA, Executive Director Nate Stevens, Treasurer Karen Doster, Recording Secretary Genevieve Suits, Office of Economic Development Tony Rivizzigno, Barclay Damon Amanda Mirabito, Barclay Damon Law Firm Janice Herzog, OCIDA Board Member ‘ Susan Stanczyk, OCIDA Board Member Thomas Czyz, ArmouredOne, LLC Jim Gosier, Ultra Dairy Ken Bush, Onondaga County Legislature APPROVAL OF FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES — JUNE 12, 2018 Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Finance Committee approved the Finance Committee meeting minutes of June 12, 2018. Motion was carried.
Patrick Hogan and Steve Morgan reviewed the Finance Committee evaluations. Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Finance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the summary evaluation without comment to the Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Finance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the Committee Charter without comment to the Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Finance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the draft Committee Annual Report without comment to the Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board. Motion was carried.
Nate Stevens stated the budget is similar to last year with few changes and the changes were in light of actuals per 2017.
Steve Morgan asked what is $20,000 for meetings. Nate Stevens stated it’s for different meetings and expenses we have occastionally but it varies from year to year. Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Finance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the 2019 Agency Budget to the full Board for adoption. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Steve Morgan, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Board adjourned the meeting at 8:04 am. Motion was carried.
