(IMS, Inc.) entered into a straight lease agreement for a project consisting of the renovation and expansion of 18,500 square feet of production and office space in the Town of Salina. The company is now seeking a PILOT resolution and employee training funds. Agency Action Requested:
a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the terms, execution, and delivery of a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement. b. An amended Resolution of the Board authorizing the approval of up to $12,500 in employee training funds for IMS, Inc. through the OCIDA Employee Productivity Plan.
