1. Tessy Plastics (3101-16-01J)

Tessy Plastics is constructing a 246,000 square foot manufacturing facility at its existing assembly and warehouse operation in the Town of Van Buren.

Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board to approve a 6 month extension to complete the initial project Representative: Joseph Ranalli, Tessy Plastics

2. COR Inner Harbor Development (3101-15-14A)

The Project consists of the development of the Inner Harbor Parcels A1, A2, A3, A4, B and C through a series of sub-projects, with a diversity of uses and users, in order to create a unique urban, mixed-use neighborhood in the area of the Inner Harbor in the City of Syracuse. The Project will capitalize on the Onondaga Lake waterfront as a geographic asset and proximity to existing regional transportation infrastructure. The Project will link together the City of Syracuse, Franklin Square, Destiny USA and Onondaga Lake, and it is strategically located to promote future additional development.

Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board granting an extension of the Agent Agreement for an additional 5 yrs.
